<br />TIME =x'£Y/qSION ON CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL - ZONING CASE R-45-778
<br />A communication was presented from Ho Weng Toh, Air=rust (SinSapore) Private Limited,
<br />requesting a one-year tine extension from November 15, 1981, in which to complete the
<br />conditions of approval of Zoning Case R-45-778, being approximately 7,500 square feet
<br />of land situated southerly of Linden Street adjacent to and easterly of the Pomona-
<br />Escondido Freeway (Route 60-395), and southerly of Linden Street. Petition for a zone
<br />change was granted on Novenber 15, 1977, and this is the third request for a ~ime
<br />extension. The City Council granted the tine extension to November 15, 1982, as
<br />r eques ted.

<br />~Resolution No. 14591 of the CiL-y Council of the City of Riverside, California,
<br />~Accepting the Easement Dedication Shown on the Final Map of Parcel Map 17533, consist-
<br />~ing of two sheets, in the City of Riverside, Riverside County, California, being a
<br />idivision of Parcel 1, Parcel Map No. 16865 as filed in Book 84, Pages 9 and I0, of
<br />~Parcel Maps, Records of Riverside County, California; together with the easement
<br />~dedication as shown thereon; and authorizing the City Clerk to attest said Map, was
<br />Zpresented; and the title having been read, and further readins waived by the unanimous
<br />consent of Councilmembers present, was adopted.

<br />A Tine Extension Request was presented from Fred Crane requesting a one-year extension
<br />of time to complete the off-site improvements required for Zonin8 Case R-68-634,
<br />located at 4300 Central Avenue; together with a Memo from the Public Works Department
<br />advising that this zoning case was adopted on February 27, 1979, and =his is the third
<br />request for a tine extension. The Deparment has on file bonds and agreement in a
<br />sufficient amount to cover the installation of all required off-site improvements; and
<br />reckends thac the City Council grant a one-year =ine extension to December 21, 1982;
<br />[whereupon, the recommendation was approved.

<br />TIME EXTENSION - ZONING CASE R-108-767
<br />~A Time Extension Request was presented from Donald J. DiMaeno requesting a six-month
<br />[extension of time to complete =he off-site improvements required for Zoning Case
<br />{R-i08-767, located a= 6067-6111 Co=ell Street; together with a Memo from the Public
<br />~Works Department advising. that this zoning case was adopted on February 17, 1981, and
<br />|this is =he first request for a time extension. No construction has been started.
<br />{The Department has on file bonds and agreement in a sufficient amount to cover the
<br />,installation of all required off-site improvements; and recommends that =he City
<br />{Council grant a six-month tine extension to June 30, 1982; whereupon, the
<br />[recmendation was approved.
