It was determined tha= the <br />JCity Council would not set the matter for public hearing. <br /> <br />iZONING CASE C-11-812 - THRIFTY OIL COMPANY, ET AL. - 4930 VAN BUREN BOULEVARD <br />,A communication was presented from the City Planning Commission advising that, on <br />~December 3, 1981, the Commission, by a vote of 8 ayes to 0 noes, approved subject to <br />~conditions the request of Thrifty 0il Company, et al., Zoning Caae C-11-812, for a <br />conditional use permit to remodel and expand an existing nonconforming service station <br />located at 4930 Van Buren Boulevard, situated on the northwest corner of Van Buren <br />Boulevard and Wells Avenue, in Zone C-2; and determined that the proposal would no= <br />have a significant adverse environmental effect. It was determined that the City <br />Council would not set the matter for public hearing. <br /> <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION COMMISSION <br /> <br /> ZONING CASE C-12-812 - ENVIROR{ENTAL ASSESSMENT OF CUP FOR CITY OF RIVERSIDE - SLY. <br />:OF EQUESTRIAN, WLY. OF VAN BUREN AND NLY. OF CITY LIMITS <br />A communication was presented from the Environmental Protection Commission advising <br />:that, on December 9, 1981, the Commission, by a vote of 7 ayes to 0 noes, determined <br />that the proposed conditional use permit of the City of Riverside to develop a ~ater <br />reservoir on approximately five acres of vacant land located southerly of Equestrian <br />Drive (extended) and westerly of Van Burst Boulevard, northerly of the City limits, in <br />Zone RA-5, ~ould not have a significant adverse environmental effect, Zoning Case <br />C-12-812.
