It was determined that the City <br />Council would not set the matter for review. <br /> <br />BOARD OF ZONING ADJUSIMENT <br /> <br /> ZONING CASE V-136-812 - HUTTON ASSOCIATES, ET AL. - BLOCK BOUNDED BY MARKET, NINTH, <br /> MAIN STREET MALL AND UNIVERSITY <br />A communication was presented from the Board of Zoning Adjustment advising that, on <br />June 7, 1982, the Board, by a vote of 5 ayes to 0 noes, approved subject to conditions <br />the request of Hutton Associates, etal., Zoning Case V-136-812, for a variance to <br />:provide substandard-sized (compact car) perkins stalls in lieu of required 20-foot <br />:by 9-foot parking stalls to provide additional parking spaces beyond the required <br />lminimum number within a park/nS structure proposed within the block bounded by Market <br />:Street, Ninth Street, Main Street Mall and University Avenue in Zones C-3 and P, <br />tentatively approved for Zone CO; and determined that the proposal would not have a <br />;significant adverse environmental effect. It was determined that the City Council <br />would not set the matter for public hearing. <br /> <br /> ZONING CASE V-24-823 - D. SACKS, ET AL. - 4093 TYLER STREET <br />;A communication was presented from the Board of Zoning Adjustment advising that, on <br />;August 2, 1982, the Board, by a vote of 6 ayes to 0 noes, approved subject to condi- <br />,riots the request of D. Sacks, etal., Zoning Case V-24-823, for a variance to provide <br />;substandard-sized (compact car) parking stalls in lieu of required 9-foot by 20-foot <br />parking stalls at 4093 Tyler Street, situated on the southeasterly comer of Benits <br />&and Tyler Streets, in Zone C-2; and determined that the proposal would not have a <br />~significant adverse environmental effect. It was determined that the City Council <br />~would not set the matter for public hearing. <br /> <br />~ENVlRONMENTAL PROTECTION COMMISSION <br /> <br />iCASE EPC-2-823 - PROPOSED STREET IMPROVEMENTS ON KELLER BETWEEN JONES AND BUSHNELL <br />&A connunication was presented from the Enviroreental Protection Commission advising <br />~that, on July 28, 1982, the Commission, by a vote of 8 ayes to 0 noes, determined that <br />,the proposed street improvements on Keller Avenue between Jones and Bushnell Avenues <br />would not have a significant adverse environmental effect, Case EPC-2-823. The <br />Commission's finding was upheld by the City Council. <br /> <br />ALL RIVER PLAN - REFERRED TO LAND USE COMMITTEE <br />A communication was presented from the Environmental Protection Commission advising <br />that, on July 14, 1982, the Commission heard the presentation by Mr. Dennis Majors of <br />the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers of the All River Plan for flood control in the Santa <br />Ana River Basin; and, by a vote of 6 ayes to 0 noes, reco--,ended that the City Council <br />aggressively support the All River Plan and forward this recommendation to the Secre- <br />tary of the Army with information copies sent to the Cities of San Bernardino, Colton <br />and Corona and to the Boards of Supervisors for Riverside and Orange Counties. In <br />consideration of the recommendation from the Planning Department, the matter was <br />referred to the City Council Land Use Committee for review and comment. <br /> <br />PLANNING DEPARTMENT <br /> <br />TIME EXTENSION ON CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL - ZONING CASE R-19-767 <br />~A communication was presented from Ernest N.
