<br /> the proposed grading plan for Parcel 1 of Parcel Map 8906, located at 2824 Rums~
<br /> Drive, situated on the north side of Rumsey Drive in Zone R-l-80 would not have a
<br /> significant adverse environmental effect, providing certain mitigating measures are
<br /> met, Case EPC-27-812. The Commission's finding was upheld by the City Council.

<br />CASE EPC-28-812 - PROPOSED STREET WIDENING - HARRISON BETWEEN DIANA AND MAGNOLIA .
<br />A communication was presented from the Environmental Protection Commission advising
<br />that, on June 9, 1982, the Commission, by a vote of 8 ayes to 0 noes, determined that
<br />the proposed widening of the easterly side of Harrison Street between Diana Avenue and
<br />Magnolia Avenue would not have a significant adverse environmental effect, providing
<br /> certain mitigating measures are met, Case EPC-28-812. The Commission's finding was
<br />[upheld by the City Council.

<br />]A communication was presented from the Environmental Protection Commission advising
<br />~that, on June 9, 1982, the Commission, by a vote of 8 ayes to 0 noes, determined that
<br />;the proposed Public Works Protection Project for an undermined existing sewer line
<br />located in Benedict Canyon approximately 1,500 feet southerly of Chicago Avenue would
<br />not have a significant adverse environmental effect, Case EPC-29-812. The Commission's
<br />;finding was upheld by the City Council.

<br />TIME EXTENSION ON CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL - ZONING CASE R-83-778
<br />;A communication was presented from Ronald G. Shrader, RDG Enterprise, requesting a
<br />~one-year time extension from July 5, 1982, in which ~o complete the conditions of
<br />approval under Zoning Case R-83-778, being approximately .33 acre of land situated on
<br />ithe northeasterly side of Washington Street southeasterly of Magnolia Avenue, located
<br />,at 3767 and 3761 Washington Street. Petition for a zone change was granted on July 5,
<br />1978, and this is the third request for a time extension. The time extension was
<br />granted to July 5~ 1983, as requested.

<br />TIME EXTENSION ON CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL - ZONING CASE R-23-712
<br />,A communication was presented from Charles N. Smith, Charles N. Smith Realty,
<br />requesting a time extension to January 4, 1983, retroactive to January 4, 1977, in
<br />which to complete the conditions of approval under Zoning Case R-23-712, relating to
<br />property located at 4174-4176 Central Avenue. Petition for a zone change was granted
<br />on January 4, 1972, and this is the third request for a time extension. The time
<br />extension was granted to January 4, 1983, retroactive to January 4, 1977, as requested.

<br />TIME EXTENSION ON CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL - ZONING CASE R-90-789
<br />A communication was presented from Richard A. Henderson and Edna Bitter requesting a
<br />.one-year time extension to July 10, 1983, in which to complete the conditions of
<br />~approval under Zoning Case R-90-789, being 1.65 acres of land situated on the north-
<br />:easterly corner of Chicago and Massachusetts Avenues, located in the 2800 block of
<br />~Chicago Avenue and the 1600 block of Massachusetts Avenue. Petition for a zone change
<br />~was granted on July 10, 1979, and this is the second request for a time extension.
<br />~The time extension was granted to July 10, 1983, as requested.
