<br /> adverse environmental effect. It was determined that the City Council would not set
<br /> the matter for public hearing.

<br />1984, in which to complete the conditions of approval under Zoning Case R-81-778,
<br />being approximately 5.68 acres of land situated on the southeasterly side of Magnolia
<br />Avenue and the southwesterly side of La Sierra Avenue, located at 11130 Magnolia
<br />Avenue. Petition for a zone change was granted on May 1, 1979, and this is the fourth
<br />~request for a time extension. The time extension was granted to May 8, 1985.

<br />,A communication was presented from Daniel Wonders, W.J. McKeever Inc., requesting a
<br />retroactive time extension to complete the conditions of approval under Zoning Case
<br />iR-28-790, relating to approximately 18 acres of land situated on the southwesterly
<br />side of the Escondido Freeway between Box Springs Boulevard and the Atchison, Topeka
<br />and Santa Fe Railroad line, being in the 5800 and 5900 blocks of Box Springs Boulevard.
<br />Petition for a zone change was granted on November 6, 1979, and this is the second
<br />request for a time extension. The time extension was granted to November 6, 1984,
<br />retroactive to November 6, 1983.

<br />A communication was presented from Doug Jacobs requesting a one-year time extension

<br />Indiana Avenue southwesterly of Harrison Street, located at 10042 Indiana Avenue.
<br />Petition for a zone change was granted on May 20, 1980, and this is the third request
<br />for a time extension. The time extension was granted to May 20, 1985.
