Pe=inion for a zone chan~e was Zran=ed on November <br />~1978, and this is the first: request for a n~e extension. The time extension was <br />~ranted to November 21, 1985, retroactive to November 21, 1980. <br /> <br />~TIME F/TENSION ON CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL - ZONING CASE R-67-789 <br />=A co~unication was presented from Louise H. Anderson requesting a time extension from <br />~May 1, 1984, in which to complete the conditions of approval under Zoning Case <br />|R-67-789, relating to two lots ~tth a combined area of approximately .34 acre of land <br />~situated on the northeasterly side of Adams Street northwesterly of Diana Avenue~ <br />~located at 3507 and 3517 Adams Street. Petition for a zone change was granted on <br />Ma7 1, 1979, and this is the fourth request for a time extension.
