<br />A communication was presented from the Environmental Protection Connntsston advising
<br />that, on ~arch 14, 1984, the Commission, by a vote of 7 ayes to 0 noes, determined
<br />that t:he proposal by the City of Riverside to use Federal Co~aunity Development Block
<br />Grant monies for replacemen~ of the balustrade and raincross lights on Buena Vtst:a
<br />Drive and in Carlson Park, located in the 100-year base floodplain an identified b~

<br />northwesterly of Golden and Campbell Avenues, would not have a significant adverse
<br />environmental effect, subject to certain mitigating measures, Case EPC-36-834. The
<br />Commission's finding was upheld by the Cit:y Council.

<br />~2800 block of Grace Street. Pe=inion for a zone chan~e was Zran=ed on November
<br />~1978, and this is the first: request for a n~e extension. The time extension was
<br />~ranted to November 21, 1985, retroactive to November 21, 1980.

<br />~TIME F/TENSION ON CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL - ZONING CASE R-67-789
<br />=A co~unication was presented from Louise H. Anderson requesting a time extension from
<br />~May 1, 1984, in which to complete the conditions of approval under Zoning Case
<br />|R-67-789, relating to two lots ~tth a combined area of approximately .34 acre of land
<br />~situated on the northeasterly side of Adams Street northwesterly of Diana Avenue~
<br />~located at 3507 and 3517 Adams Street. Petition for a zone change was granted on
<br />Ma7 1, 1979, and this is the fourth request for a time extension. The time extension
<br />~was granted to Ma~ k, 1985.
