It was determined Chat the City <br />~Council would not set the matter for public hearing. <br /> <br />|CASE 1e-3-767 (REVISED) -*KO~ORT INDUSTRIES - 7888 LINCOLN AVENUE <br />~A communication was presented from the City Planning Commission advising that, on <br />:March 81 1984, the Co~nisslon, by a vote of 8 ayes to 0 noes, approved subject to <br />~conditions the request of Komforc Industries~ Case 1e-3-767 (Revtsed) l =o amend its <br />~approved plot plan to add an approximately 3,650-square-foot, two-story office addt- <br />:riot, a four-car perklng garage and incidental parking to an exls~ing approximately <br />=nine-acre industrial facility located at 7888 Lincoln Avenue, situated on the easterly <br />,comer of Llncoln Avenue and Jefferson Street, in Zone MP; and determined that the <br />iproposal would not have a significant adverse environmental effect.
