<br />:A con~unication was presented from the City Planning Commission advising that, on
<br />:March 8, 1984, the Commission, by a vote of 8 ayes to 0 noes, approved subject to
<br />~condiCtons the request of H. ~etnper, Zoning Case C-22-83~ (Revised), for a revised
<br />:conditional use permlt to place an approximately 35-square-foot menu board sign approx-
<br />~imately 6½ feet high where a 16-square;foot, 8-foot-high menu ordering sign is permit-
<br />'ted in addition to a 25-square-foot, 8-foot-high identification sign, and also approved
<br />~a minor encroachment of the drive-through servlce lane into the slde yard setback, on
<br />]property located a= 2167-89 University Avenue, situated on the nor=beast comer of
<br />~niverslty and Franklin Avenues~ in Zone C-3; and determined that the proposal would
<br />~ot have a significant adverse environmental effect. It was determined Chat the City
<br />~Council would not set the matter for public hearing.

<br />~A communication was presented from the City Planning Commission advising that, on
<br />:March 81 1984, the Co~nisslon, by a vote of 8 ayes to 0 noes, approved subject to
<br />~conditions the request of Komforc Industries~ Case 1e-3-767 (Revtsed) l =o amend its
<br />~approved plot plan to add an approximately 3,650-square-foot, two-story office addt-
<br />:riot, a four-car perklng garage and incidental parking to an exls~ing approximately
<br />=nine-acre industrial facility located at 7888 Lincoln Avenue, situated on the easterly
<br />,comer of Llncoln Avenue and Jefferson Street, in Zone MP; and determined that the
<br />iproposal would not have a significant adverse environmental effect. It was determined
<br />Zthat the Clt7 Council would not set the matter for publlc hearing.
<br />~BOARD OF ADHINISTRATIVE APPEALS AND ZONING ADJUSTMENT

<br />,ZONING CASE V-37-778 (REVISED) - BUTCHER BOY FOOD PRODUCTS, INC. - 4590-94 COMMERCE
<br />iA coumnmication was presented from the Board of Administrative Appeals and Zoning
<br />Adjustment advising that, on March 5, 1984, the Board, by a vote of 6 ayes to 0 noes,
<br />approved subject to conditions the request of Butcher Boy Food Products, Inc., Zoning
<br />Case V-37-778 (Revised), for a revised variance to (A) construct a 2-foot-high concrete
<br />tank within the 20-foot street side setback; (B) construct a 6-foot-high block wall
<br />within the same setback where a 3-foot-high wall is permitted; and (C) delete the
<br />required 20-foot landscape setbacks, and the Board also approved a variance (D) to
<br />'legalize an existing outdoor storage area that is not screened with masonry walls; on
