The Commission's finding was upheld by the City Council. <br /> <br />PLANNING DEPARTMENT <br /> <br />TIME EXTENSION ON CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL - ZONING CASE R-38-778 <br />~A communication was presented from George T. Felix, Alvaredo Design & Associates, <br />~requesting a time extension to January 17, 1985, in which to complete the conditions <br />:of approval under Zoning Case R-38-778, for the approximately 3.5 acres of land situ- <br />~ated northerly of Linden Street between Chicago and Iowa Avenues, located at <br />~1401 Linden Street. Petition for a zone change was granted on January 17, 1978, and <br />~this is the fifth request for a time extension. The time extension was granted to <br />January 17, 1985, retroactive to January 17, 1984. <br /> <br />~TIME EXTENSION ON CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL - ZONING CASE R-39-778 <br />~A communication was presented from James F. Davidson, Jr., J. F.
