<br />~In the absence of the Mayor and all Members of the City Council, the City Clerk,
<br />~pursuant to the provisions of the Charter of the City of Riverside and in accordance
<br />~wtth the previously-expressed request of the City Council, declared the Regular Meeting
<br />~of ~he City Council recessed until 6:30 p.m.

<br /> ~ZONING CASE C-1950 (REVISED) - FIRST CHRISTIAN CHURCH - 4055 JURUPA AVENUE
<br />~A communication was presented from the City Planning Commission advising that, on
<br />iFebruary 9, 1984, the Commission, by a vote of 7 ayes to 0 noes and 1 abstention,
<br />,approved subject to conditions the request of First Christian Church, Zoning Case
<br /> C-1950 (Revised), for a revised conditional use per~it to add an approximately 49-
<br /> ~square-foot, 3-1/3-foot-high freestanding sign as an integral part of s freestanding
<br />,wall where a 24-square-foot, 6-foot-high sign is permitted at 4055 Jurupa Avenue,
<br />~situated on the northeasterly corner of Brockton and Jurupa Avenues, in Zones R-1-65
<br />and P. It was determined that the City Council would not set the matter for public
<br />hearing.

<br /> CASE PMW-24-790 - D. E. YA~GER - MYRTLE, VICTORIA AND ROCKLEDGE
<br /> A communication was presented from the City Planning Commission advising that, on
<br /> February 9, 1984, the Commission considered the request of D. E. Yaeger, Case
<br /> PMW-24-790, to waive the filing of a parcel map to adjust property lines between three
<br /> or four parcels of land partially developed with a residence and the remainder vacant
<br /> ion property situated at the northwest corner of Myrtle and Victoria Avenues and the
<br /> north side of Rockledge Drive (5034 Rockledge Drive) in Zone RC; and, by a vote of
<br />~7 ayes to 0 noes and 1 abstention, approved the parcel map for three or less lots
<br />sub ect to conditions. It was determined that the City Council would not set the
<br />ematter for public hearing.

<br /> ~A communication was presented from the City Planning Commission advising ~hat, on
<br /> ~Februarv 9, 1984, the Commission, by a vote of 8 ayes to 0 noes, approved subject ~o
<br /> ,conditions the proposed vacation of an approximately 80-foot-wide by 800-foot-long
<br />~port~on of St. Lawrence Street generally located between Lincoln Avenue and the ,
<br />~Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Hailroad right-of-way, Case VAC-5-834. The Public Works ,
<br />,Department was requested to furnish the necessary legal description required in
