<br />eThe following l=ems were approved by one motion affirming the actions appropriate to

<br />~consideration~ with the except~en of the report on fire sprinkler systems in residen-
<br />~tial areas and adoption of the resolution increasing the amount of fines for parking
<br />~violanions~ both of which were re~oved to the Discussion Calendar.

<br />~TLME EXTENSION ON CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL - ZONIN~ CASE R-30-812
<br />:A co~=manication was presented from Kenneth W. Crawford, Jr., K.W.C. Engineers, Inc.,
<br />~on behalf of John Ginger, requesting a one-year time extension from March 23, 198~, in
<br />[which to co~lete the conditions of approval under Zoning Case R-30-812, relating to
<br />~the approxima=ely 1.5 acres of vacant land situated on the nornheasterly side of Van
<br />~Buren Boulevard southerly of California Avenue, being at 4115-4135 Van Buren Boulevard.
<br />lPetition for a zone change was granted on March 23, 1982, and this is the first request
<br />!for a 'time extension. The time extension was granted to March 23, 1985.

<br />[In consideration of the reco~enda=ion from the Public ~orks Department, the work of
<br />~constructing =he nor=h/south tax/way and aircraft parking area Satellite 1, AlP Project
<br />!No 3-06-0200-02, located on Flight Road and at the aircraft parking area easterly of
<br />' rport Drive at the Riverside Municipal Airport, by E. L. Yeager Construction Company,
<br />:Inc., was accepted as completed; and execution of the Notice of Completion was
<br />~authorized and directed.

<br /> TIME EXTENSION - PARCEL~AP 17159
<br />A Time Extension Request was submitted from Julia Marally requesting a 12-menth
<br />extension of time to complete the off-site improvements required for Parcel Map 17159,
<br />located at. La Sierra Avenue and Minier Court; together ~ith a memo from the Public
<br />~orks Department advising that this parcel map was adopted on June 16, 1981, and this
<br />is the third request for a time extension. Some on-site construction has taken place
<br />and off-site improvements are partially installed. The Department has on file bonds
<br />and agreement in a sufficient amount to cover =he installation of all required'off-site
<br />improvements; and recon~ends that the City Council grant a 12-menth extension of time
<br />to JanuatV 5, 1985, retroactive to January 5, 1984. The recow. nendation was approved
<br />~as presented.
