The Commission's finding was upheld by the City <br />Council. <br /> <br />CASE EPC-27-83~ - PROPOSED GRADING PLAN - 2445 ROLLING RIDGE ROAD <br />A communication was presented from the EnviroomenCal Protection Commission advising <br />than, on January 11, 198~, =he Commission, by a vote of 9 ayes to 0 noes, determined <br />that the proposed grading plan for a single-family residence at 24~5 Rolling Ridge <br />Road in Zone RC would no~ have a significant adverse environmental effect, subject to <br />certain mitigating measures, Case EPC-27-83~. The Commissionws finding was upheld by <br />the City Council. <br /> <br />PLANNING DEPARTMENT <br /> <br />TIME EXTENSION ON CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL - ZONING CASE R-33-789 <br />IA communication was presented from Gerald H. Trautman, Jr., President, Jack La Lannews <br />{Europenn Health Spas, requesting a retroactive time extension to complete the condi- <br />ltions of approval under Zoning Case R-33-789, relating to approximately 2.48 acres of <br />lland situated on ~he southerly side of Arlington Avenue westerly of Via San Jose, <br />lbeing in the 5600 block of Arlington Avenue. Petition for a zone change yes ~ranted <br />son November 21, 1978, and this is the first request for a time extension. The time <br />~extension was approved to November 21, 1984, retroactive to November 21, 1980.- <br /> <br />[PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT <br /> <br />=TIME EXTENSION REQUEST - PARCEL ~ 96, PARCEL 1 ONLY <br />~A Time Extension Request yes presented from Flee=wood Enterprises, Inc., requesting a <br />~12-month extension of time to compleEe ~he off-site improvements required for Parcel <br />[Map 96, Parcel 1 only, located on Harrison S=ree~ near Indiana Avenue; toga=her with a <br />[Memo from ~he Public Works Department advising that this ~arcel map was recorded on <br />IMay 3, 1973, and this is the tenth request for a time extension. No on-site or off- <br />.site construction has taken place. The Department has on file bonds and agreement in <br />a sufficient amount to cover the installation of all required off-site improvements; <br />and reco~nmends that the City Council grant a 7-month time extension to October 10, <br />1984, to coordinate the expiration with a nearby project where construction is planned <br />to begin this summer. The recommendation ~as approved as presented. <br /> <br />TIME EXTENSION REQUEST - TRACT 8716 <br />A Time Extension Request was presented from Ayres Riverside requesting a 12-month <br />extension of time to complete the off-site improvements required for Tract 8716, <br />located on the northeasterly comer of Lincoln Avenue and Gibson Street; together with <br />a Memo from the Public ~orks Department advising that this tract was adopted on <br />April 12, 1983, and this is the first request for a time extension. On-site and <br />:off-site improvements are currently under construction. The Department has on file <br />:bonds and agreement in a sufficient amount ~o cover the installation of all required <br />:off-site improvements; and reconmends =hat the City Council grant a 12-month time <br />:extension zo April 5, 1985.
