<br />A communication was presented from the Board of Administrative Appeals and Zoning
<br />=Adjustment advising than, on January 9, 1984, the Board, by a vote of 6 ayes to 0 noes,
<br />~approved subject to conditions the request of C. J. Taber, Zoning Case V~81-834, for a
<br />~variance to construct a single-family residence and attached garage on an approximately,
<br />:l.25-acre vacant hillside lot of substandard width and area, and which will maintain a
<br />~side yard setback of 20 feet where 25 feet is required, located at 1939 Arroyo Drive,
<br />:situated on the northerly side of Arroyo Drive adjacent to the Victoria Country Club
<br />:Golf Course, in the 1900 block of Arroyo Drive, in Zone RC. It was determined that
<br />~the City Council would not set the matter for public hearing.

<br />,=ion, determined that the proposed grading plan for Lots 17 through 20 of Tentative
<br />:Tract Map 18376-1 and Lots 1, Z, 7, 9, 11, 12, 17 and 18 of Tentative Tract Map

<br />s18376-2, located on the southwest side of Alessandro Boulevard northwesterly of the
<br />iCiCy limits, in Zone RC, would not have a significant adverse environmental effect,

<br />[finding was upheld by the City Council.

<br />ltion, determined that the proposed grading plan for a single-family residence at
<br />{1939 Arroyo Drive in Zone RC, would not have a significant adverse environmental
<br />~effect, subject co certain mitigating measures, Case EPC-23-834. The Commission's
<br />lfinding was upheld by the City Council.
