It was determined chat the City Council would not <br />:set the matter for public hearing. <br />, <br />, <br />ZZONING CASE C-28-834 - D. A. MILLER - 3180 CRIDGE STREET - DENIAL <br />:A communication was presented from the City Plannins Co~ission advising that, on <br />~january 19, 1984, the CommissiOn, by a vote of 5 ayes to 0 noes, denied the request of <br />~D. A. Miller, Zonins Case C-18-834, for a conditional use permit to establish a private; <br />Zrecreational use (an indoor shooting range) and incidental sales of Suns, accessories <br />~and snack items within an existing building at 3180 Cridge Street, situated on the <br />Zsou=hwesterly side of Cridge Street southeasterly of Olivewood Avenue, in Zone M-i. <br />~The City Council upheld the Co~mission's action in denying the request for a <br />=conditional use permit. <br /> <br />ZZONING CASE PRD-13-834 - THE WOODWARD COMPANIES - SW.
