<br />,Public Works Department and the Fleet Management Superintendent, the bid of Bear Cat
<br />,Mfg., Inc., in the amount of $79,594.34, was accepted for furnishing the Public Works
<br />Department, Street Services Division, with one current model 1800-gallon asphalt
<br />distributor with crankshaft-mounted power take off. All other bids were rejected; and
<br />the Purchasing Services Manager was authorized to proceed with the purchase by Purchase
<br />Order.

<br />In consideration of the recommendation from the Purchasing Services Manager, the

<br />blaster, Inc., in the amount of $15,095.46, was accepted for furnishing the Public
<br />Works Department, Street Services Division, with one current model trailer-mounted
<br />~high pressure water and sandblast cleaner. All other bids were rejected; and the
<br />~Purchasing Services Manager was authorized to proceed with the purchase by Purchase
<br />~Order.
