<br /> !findinS was upheld by the City Council.

<br /> :that, on December 12, 1984, the Commission, by a vote of 7 ayes to 0 noes, determined
<br /> :that the proposed improvements to Thirteenth Street at Park Avenue, includin8 curb,
<br /> ~utter and minor pavement wideninS, would not have a siSntficant adverse environmental
<br /> effect, Case EPC-29-8~5. The Commission~s findinS was upheld by the City Council.

<br /> |Public ~orks Department, the bid of Riverside Construction Company, in the amount of
<br /> ]$21,823.00, was accepted for furnishins all labor, materials and equipment for con-
<br /> :structin8 Nebraska Avenue storm drain (a HI/D-funded project). All other bids were
<br /> |rejected, and the bonds submitted with said rejected bids were released from further
<br /> |liability; the City Attorney was requested to prepare the necessary contract; and
<br /> |execution of the contract was authorized and directed upon a~proval b~ the City
<br /> ~Attorney of the required performance bonds.

<br /> :BID NO. 3757 - GREENLEAF DR. STOPa~ DRAIN AND ~TILLARD ~AY AT HILLSIDE DR. CATCH BASINS

<br /> :Public ~orks Department, the bid of Kershaw Construction Company, in the amount of
<br /> :$&0,632.00, was accepted for furnishin~ all labor, materials and equipment for con-
<br /> :structin~ the Greenleaf Drive storm drain and ~illard gay at Hillside Drive catch
<br /> :basins. All other bids were rejected, and the bonds submitted with said rejected
<br /> :bids were released from further liability; the City Attorney was requested to prepare
<br /> :the necessary contract; and execution of the contract was authorized and directed
<br /> :upon approval by the City Attorney of the required performance bonds.
