<br />,CASE VAC-7-845 - SUMMARY VACATION OF PORTIONS OF EXCESS INDIANA RIGHT-OF-WAY - TRACT
<br />19568 - RESOLUTION ADOPTED
<br />'A written report was submitted from the City Manager and the Planning Director,
<br />concurred in by the Public Works Director, recommending that the City Council, concur-
<br />rent with approval of Tract 19568, adopt the appropriate resolution providing for
<br />summary vacation and abandonment of portions of Indiana Avenue located easterly of
<br />Pierce Street. The recommendation was approved as presented; and Resolution No. 15688
<br />of the City Council of the City of Riverside, California, Providing for S,Mmnry
<br />Vacation and Abandonment of Portions of Indiana Avenue Located Easterly of Pierce
<br />~Street, Case VAC-7-845, was presented; and the title having been read, and further
<br />~reading waived by the unanimous consent of Councilmembers present, was adopted.

<br />~0UITCLAIM DEED - TRACT 19568/CASE VAC-7-845
<br />~A written report was submitted from the City Manager and the Administrative Services
<br />~Director, concurred in by the Public Works Director, recommending that the City
<br />Council approve the request of Pierce Street Associates, Ltd. II, and authorize the
<br />,execution of a quitclaim deed relinquishing all right, title and interest of the City
<br />;of Riverside in that portion of Indiana Avenue covered by Case VAC-7-845. The recom-
<br />mendation was approved as presented; and execution of the Quitclaim Deed was
<br />authorized and directed.

<br />ACCEPTING BARRIER STRIP - TRACT 19568 - GWINNETT DRIVE - RESOLUTION ADOPTED
<br />Concurrent with approval of Tract 19568, Resolution No. 15689 of the City Council of
<br />the City of Riverside, California, Accepting a One-Foot Barrier Strip Within Tract
<br />No. 6756-3 (Which Barrier Strip Adjoins Tract No. 19568) for Street Purposes to be
<br />Known as a Portion of Gwinnett Drive, was presented; and the title having been read,
<br />and further reading waived by the unanimous consent of Councilmembers present, was
<br />~8dopted.

<br />~TRACT 19825-1 APPROVAL - RASTEELY OF FILLMORE SOUTHEP~LY OF A.T. & S.P. RAILWAY
<br />:The Faithful Performance Bond of Richwood Development Company, as principal, and
<br />~Developers Insurance Company, as surety, in the amount of $695,050; together with the
<br />~Labor and Material Bond, executed by the principal and surety as listed above, in the
<br />lamount of $347,525; together with their Agreement guaranteeing the completion of
<br />~streets, curbs, gutters, and all other improvements described on the Final Map of
<br />~Tract 19825-1, located easterly of Fillmore Street southerly of the Atchison, Topeka
<br />iand Santa Fe Railway, were approved and accepted.

<br />Resolution No. 15690 of the City Council of the City of Riverside, California,
<br />Accepting the Official Map of Tract 19825-1, consisting of four sheets, beins a
<br />subdivision of a portion of Lots 11 and 12 of Block 43 and portion of Fillmore Street
<br />vacated, of the Lands of the Riverside Land and Irrigating Company, as shown on the
<br />map filed in Book 1 of Maps, Page 70, Records of San Bernardino County, California,
<br />for condominium purposes; together with the streets and easements as shown thereon;
<br />together with any variances as to lot area, building area or yard requirements ap-
<br />~proved by the Planning Commission; and authorizing the City Clerk to attest said Map,
<br />'was presented; and the title having been read, and further reading waived by the
<br />,
<br />~unanimous consent of Councilmembers present, was adopted.
