All <br />'other bids were rejected, and the bonds submitted-with said rejected bids were re- <br />leased from further liability; the City Attorney was requested to prepare the neces- <br />[sar7 contract; and execution of the contract was authorized and directed upon approval <br />~by the City Attorney of the required performance bonds. <br /> <br />[BID NO. 3777 - ONE-HALF-TON VAN - PARK AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT <br />[T, consideration of the reco-wendation from the Purchasing Services Manager, the Park <br />land Recreation Department and the Fleet Management Superintendent, the bid of Fritts <br />~Ford, in the amount of $11,706.79, was accepted for furnishing the Park and Recreation <br />~Department with one current medel one-half-ton van.
