J. Swoboda, Zoning Case C-34-823 (Revised), for a <br />revised conditional use permit to establish a drive-through fast food restaurant on <br />approximately .35 acre of land, which is developed with a restaurant, at 9782-90 Mag- <br />inolia Avenue, situated on the southerly comer of Magnolia and Muir Avenues, in Zone <br />iC-2; and determined that the proposal would not have a significant adverse environmen- <br />tal effect.
