I~ was deter- <br />mined that the City Council would not set the matter for public haartq. <br /> <br />ENVI~OI~ENTAL FEOTECTION CO~flSSION <br /> <br />CASE EPC-32-856 (REVISED) - PROPOSED REVISED GRADING PLAN - TRACT 145a0 - NORTH SIDE CEN- <br />TRAL ADJACXNT TO SHERIFF'S T~k_!~ING ACADia <br />A communicaClon was presented from the Environmental Protection Cosmission advising <br />that, on April 13, 1988, the Commission considered proposed revisions to a previously- <br />approved grading plan for Tract 14540 (Zoning Case FRD-5-856), a 490-unit multiple- <br />fsmily residential development, situated on approximately 56 acres of land located on <br />the north side of Central Avenue adjacent Co the Riverside CountT Sheriff's Training <br />Academy; and, by a vote of 8 ayes to 0 noes and 1 abstention, determined that the pro- <br />posed project would not have a significant adverse effect subject to certain mitigating <br />measures, Case EPC-32-856 (Ravised).
