It was determined that the City Council would not set <br />the matter for public hearinK. <br /> <br />ZONING CASE C-47-878 - D. ~rlLD - 7983 PLATEAU <br />A communication was presented from the City Planning Commission advising that, on <br />April 7, 1988, the Comaissiou, by a vote of 7 ayes to 0 noes, approved subject to condi- <br />tions the request of D. ~ild, Zoning Case C-47-878, for a conditionel use permit to es- <br />tablish an auxiliary dwellin2 unit (a 900-square-foot grann~ flat) on approximately <br />.51 acre of land at 7983 Plateau Court, developed with a sinKle-fsmily residence, situat- <br />ed at the southerly end of Plateau Court approximately 240 feet southerly of Highridge <br />Street, in Zone R-l-130; and determined that the proposal would not have a significant <br />adverse effect on the environment.
