Mayor Pro Tempers Clarke presented a Proclmtiou to Bill Jones, Ckaimn of the River- side Museum's Coordinatin2 Coeaittee, proclaimin2 May 12, 13 and 14 as Cultural Aware- ness Days in the City of Elverside. Mayor Pro Tempers Clarke camended Henry Willisms, Craig Walsh and Greg Stenke, Sewage Treatment Plant employees, for winnin~ the state-wide Mr Pack Derby for the third con- seeutive year. The Chair recognized the presence in the audience of Anne Steveus representing the River- side Ckmber of Cosarcs, Larry Jelllnek represeutln~ the Arlington Chatbar of Commerce, Lou Herfly representing the La Sierra Chamber of Coerce, Bob Bourrtoux representinS the MaZnolla Center Chamber of Comer=e, Cath~ Brostrand representtn~ the Hunter Park- Northside Chamber of Coerce and Diana Castleman representing the University-Canyon Crest Chamber o~ Cosarcs. CITY PLANNING COt~ISSION ZONING CASE C-30-656 (REVISED) - HARVEST CHRISTIAN FELLOgSNIP - 6115 ARLINGTON A comuhication was presented from the City Planning Cmmnission advisinK that, on April 7, 1988, the Comicsion, by a vote of 7 ayes to 0 noes, approved subject to condi- tions the request of Harvest Christian Fellowship, Zonix~ Case C-30-656 (Revised), for a revised conditional use permit to establish a storage buildinK within the playZround area of the developed church and school site on approximately 11 acres of land at 6115 Arlington Avenue, situated on the northeasterly corner of Nail Street and ArlinKton Avenue, in Zone R-1-65; and determined that the proposal would not have a significant ad- verse effect on the enviro~ent. It was determined that the City Council would not set the matter for public hearinK.
