Johnson, reques=in~ a re=roac=ive one-year time extension from Decem- ber 12, 1987, in which =o complete the conditions of approval under Zonin~ Case R-32-789, relating =o =he approxi~=ely one acre of land in =he 4200 block of Tyler Street, situated on =he sou=h~s=erly side of Tyler S~ree= southeasterly of Califomia Avenue. Petition for a zone chan~e from Zones R-1-65 and R-2 =o Zones RO-S-1-X was Sran=ed on December 12, 1978; and =his is =he sixth reques~ for a time extension. This case ~s been active over five years and received a ~ime extension =o December 12, 1987, [ollo~ a public hearin~ by =he City Council on October 14, 1986. Based on =he City Council's recent clarification of Ehe time extension policy, a final one-year time exten- sion for ~his case can be granted =o December 12, 1988.
