All other bids ware rejected, and the bonds submitted with said rejected bids <br />were released from further liability; the City Attorney was requested to prepare the <br />necessary contract; and execution of the contract was authorized and directed upon ap- <br />proval by the City Attorney of the required performance bends. <br /> <br />BID NO. 4241 - FURNISH AND INSTALL SERVICE BODY ON VAN - PUBLIC UTILITIES DEPARTMENT <br />In consideration 'of the recommendation from the Purchaein~ Services MarEager, the Public <br />Utilities Department, the Fleet Management Superintendent and the Board of Public Utili- <br />ties, the bid of California Truck Equipment, Inc., in the amount of j11,619.72, was ac- <br />cepted for furnishing and inntailing a service body on a van for the Public Utilities <br />Department, Electric Division.
