ACCEPTING BARRIER STRIPS - TRACT 21638-5 - CX4ARI, COLE, LAMBERT, FREDONIA AND MIDDLE- FIELD - RESOLUTION ADOPTION Resolution No. 16714 of the City Council of the City of Riverside, California, Accept- ing Certain One-Foot Barrier Strips Within Tract No. 21638-2 and Tract No. 21638-1 (Which Barrier Strips Adjoin Tract No. 21638-5) for Street Purposes to be Known as Por- tions of Owari lane, Cole Avenue, Lambert Court, Fredonia Court and Middlefield Drive, was presented; and the title having been read, and further reading waived by the unani- mous consent of Councilmembers present, was adopted. TRACT ~P 22591 - WESTERLY SIDE OF HE)RICK NORTHERLY OF HOLE The Faithful Performance Bond of. Ainslie Development, as principal, and CHIC Bonding and Insurance Company, as surety, in the mount of ~68,050; together srith the Labor and Material Bond, executed by the principal and surety as listed above, in the amount of $34,025; together with their Agreement gunranteeing the completion of streets, curbs, gutters, and all other improvements described on the Final Map of Tract 22591, located on the westerly side of Hadrick Avenue northerly of Hole Avenue, ware approved and ac- cepted. Resolution No. 16715 of the City Council of the City of Riverside, California, Accept- lng the Official Map of Tract 22591, consisting of two sheets, being a subdivision of Lot 11 of E1 Rincon, as shown by map on file in Book 11, Pages 85 and 86 of Maps, Records of Riverside County, California, in Section 11, T.3 S., R.6 W.; together with the streets and easements as shown there~; together with any variances as to lot area, building area or yard requirements approved by the Planning Commission; and authorizing the City Clerk to attest said Map, was presented; and the title having been read, and further reading waived by the unanimous consent of Councilmembers present, was adopted. PURCHASING SERVICES ~LANAGER BID NO. 4224 - CAR AND TRUCK WASH SYSTEM In consideration of the recommendation from the Purchasing Services Manager and the Ad- ministrative Services Department, the bid of N/S Corporation, in the amount of J119,316.32, was accepted for providing and installing a conmartial quality car and truck wash system for the Administrative Services Department, Building Maintenance Divi- sion. All other bids ware rejected, and the bonds submitted with said rejected bids were released from further liability; the City Attorney was requested to prepare the necessary contract; and execution of the contract was authorized and directed upon ap- proval by the City Attorney of the required performance bends. BID NO. 4241 - FURNISH AND INSTALL SERVICE BODY ON VAN - PUBLIC UTILITIES DEPARTMENT In consideration 'of the recommendation from the Purchaein~ Services MarEager, the Public Utilities Department, the Fleet Management Superintendent and the Board of Public Utili- ties, the bid of California Truck Equipment, Inc., in the amount of j11,619.72, was ac- cepted for furnishing and inntailing a service body on a van for the Public Utilities Department, Electric Division. All other bids were rejected; and the Purchasing Services Manager was authorized to proceed with the purchase by Purchase Order.
