PUBLIC HEARING FOR WRITTEN COMMENTS AND PROTESTS TO SAFE <br /> W.A.T.E.R. (WATER AVAILABLE TO EVERYONE IN RIVERSIDE) PLAN, AND <br /> ASSOCIATED RATE ADJUSTMENTS <br /> That the Board of Public Utilities: <br /> 1. Conduct a public hearing to review written protests comments regarding the <br /> water rate adjustments approved by City Council on March 28, 2006; and <br /> 2. Adopt a resolution documenting such hearing and any protests, as well as <br /> reaffirming the water rate increases approved by City Council on March 28, <br /> 2006. <br /> A break will be taken at this time before the Board of Public Utilities'regular board <br /> meeting. <br /> LISTENING ASSISTIVE DEVICES are available for the hearing impaired--please see <br /> City Clerk. <br /> The City of Riverside wishes to make all of its public meetings accessible to the public. <br /> Upon request, this agenda will be made available in appropriate alternative formats to <br /> persons with disabilities, as required by Section 202 of the Americans with Disabilities <br /> Act of 1990.
