Cyndi Pardee also gave an updated report on Village to Village (vtvnetwork.org). <br /> Service assistance is only given if the senior can walk. Pardee does not think <br /> membership in Village to Village would be helpful as the program does not assist <br /> low- income seniors or minorities; however, the part of the structure that is useful <br /> would need volunteers to help serve the senior community. <br /> <br /> V. Discussion Items <br /> 1. MCOA Contest Sponsorship – Will be put aside for now as there are plenty of <br /> MCOA projects at this time. <br /> <br /> VI. Specifically sharing <br /> that Riverside Transit Assistance would be hosting a free travel training program <br /> which presents how to use the bus system. <br /> <br />VIII. Items for Future Consideration <br /> 1. Reappointment of the Chair Officer <br /> 2. Information provided to PRCS for the Senior Resource Guide <br /> 3. Proposal for Senior Citizen Day which would coincide with Senior Health Fair Day in <br /> October <br /> 4. Village to Village <br />th <br /> 5.
