The Planning Commission continued Planning Case P07-1028 to All Ayes X X X X <br /> January 8, 2015 the meeting. <br /> PLANNING CASE P14-0176 — TM 36713 SW corner La Sierra and <br /> Victoria Avenues <br /> Proposal by Adkan Engineers on behalf of Jack Renouf to consider a <br /> Tentative Tract 36713, to subdivide an 8.80 acre parcel into fourteen <br /> single family residential lots for the future development of fourteen single <br /> family residences. Brian Norton presented the staff report and stated that <br /> staff received comment letters and distributed today before the meeting. <br /> Brian Ingersoll, Adkan Engineers, representing the applicant, stated they <br /> were in agreement with all recommended conditions. Comments from the <br /> audience: Eric Engebretson, 2602 Groveland St, expressed his concerns <br /> regarding the new street "A" that will exit on Victoria Avenue and the <br /> traffic problems that exist today. He stated that the proposed street was <br /> too close to the intersection of La Sierra and Victoria and that he would <br /> like to see the plan modified to exit on to Millsweet Place instead. Jake <br /> Weissberg, 11025 Kayjay Street, spoke regarding the height of the <br /> proposed residences and the obstruction of their view. Mr. Weissberg <br /> also addressed the storm drain issue and agreed with the comments <br /> regarding traffic hazards. Jo Jaggers, 2663 Millsweet Place, spoke <br /> regarding the increased traffic, the possibility of 2-story homes impacting <br /> their privacy, ambiance and private nature of the neighborhood. She also <br /> expressed her concern regarding the project impact on property values. <br /> Ms. Jaggers was also concerned with the removal of the groves and the <br /> land left vacant for a period of time would impact them due to the dirt and <br /> noise from La Sierra Avenue. Richard Hays, 10950 Stonehenge Place, <br /> said he was concerned with the proposed Street "A" being too close to La <br /> Planning Commission Minutes—December 18,2014 Page 1 of 4 <br />
