The <br /> Planning Commission recommended modified conditions include: 1) The <br /> applicant work with staff to integrate materials, colors, massing of the <br /> existing center on the new building design. 2) Install a speed bump at the <br /> entrance of the east side of the building. 3) Modify the green screen by <br /> rearranging the canopy to allow pedestrian visibility. <br /> PLANNING CASE P13-1020 — 4011 Fairgrounds Street CONTINUED TO <br /> OCTOBER 23, 2014 <br /> Brian Norton announced that a letter from a concerned citizen was <br /> received yesterday and the applicant is requesting a continuance to <br /> address the citizen's concerns. Shanna Reyes, Smartlink, on behalf of <br /> Verizon Wireless, stated that the request for continuance is to address a <br /> late notice received from an adjacent neighbor. They would like to have <br /> time to address the neighbor's concerns and comments. She apologized <br /> for the late request for continuance.
