James Rogers, applicant's <br /> representative, stated they were in agreement with staff's recommended Motion X <br /> conditions. There were no comments from the audience. Following Second X <br /> discussion the Planning Commission recommended, with the applicant's Ayes X X X X X X X <br /> concurrence, that the proposal be continued to the July 3, 2014 meeting. <br /> The Commission gave the applicant direction to: 1) investigate alternative <br /> sites; 2) provide an analysis of the coverage at 35' and 60'; and 3) provide <br /> for a monopine that would have more of a natural appearance <br /> PLANNING CASE P14-0220—4035 Trail Creek Road <br /> Proposal by Tom Flores of Rock Church Riverside to consider a <br /> Conditional Use Permit to allow for the expansion of an existing church <br /> facility. There were no comments from the audience. Tom Flores, <br /> applicant, stated he was in agreement with staff's recommended <br /> conditions. Following discussion the Planning Commission recommended Motion X <br /> that the City Council: 1) Determine that Planning Case P14-0220 is Second X <br /> categorically exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental All Ayes X X X X X X X <br /> Quality Act, CEQA, per Section 150301 of the CEQA Guidelines; 2) <br /> Approve Planning Case P14-0220 based on the findings in the staff report <br /> and subject to the recommended conditions of approval. <br /> RECESS <br /> The Planning Commission took a 2 minute recess and reconvened at <br /> 10:30 a.m. in the Art Pick Council Chamber with Chair Riggle presiding <br /> and all commissioners present except Commissioner Wade. <br /> Commissioner Stockton recused himself from the following case due to <br /> financial conflict of interest and left the dais. <br /> PLANNING CASES P13-0912 and P13-0913—3742 Park Sierra Drive <br /> Proposal by David Gilmore of Grae La Sierra, LLC., to consider a <br /> Conditional Use Permit to establish a health and fitness club (LA Fitness) <br /> and the Design Review of the plot plan and building elevations related to <br /> construction of an approximately 45,000 square foot building, situated on <br /> an approximately 6.7 acre parcel currently consisting of surface parking <br /> and a vacant building pad within an existing commercial center. David <br /> Gilmore, applicant, stated he was in agreement with staff's recommended <br /> conditions but requested clarification of condition 20d.
