Motion X <br /> There was no one in the audience to speak to the continuance. The Second X <br /> Planning Commission continued Planning Case P14-0132 to the meeting All Ayes X X X X X X X <br /> of June 5, 2014 as requested by the applicant. <br /> PLANNING CASE P13-0589— 500 Palmyrita Avenue <br /> Proposal by James Rogers of Smartlink, LLC on behalf of the T.M. Cobb <br /> Company, to consider a Conditional Use Permit to construct a 60-foot <br /> high wireless telecommunications facility camouflaged as a palm tree, on <br /> an approximately 9.20 acre site developed with a warehouse building <br /> located at 500 Palmyrita Avenue. There were no comments from the <br /> audience. James Rogers, applicant's representative, stated they were in Motion X <br /> agreement with staff's recommended conditions. Following discussion the Second X <br /> Planning Commission recommended that the City Council: 1) Determine All Ayes X X X X X X X <br /> that Planning Case P13-0589 will not have a significant effect on the <br /> environment based on the findings set forth in the case record and <br /> recommend adoption of a Negative Declaration; 2) Approve Planning <br /> Case P13-0589 based on the findings in the staff report and subject to the <br /> recommended conditions of approval with the added condition that the <br /> applicant provide a photo that depicts the finished monopalm wireless <br /> telecommunications structure as an exhibit of the plan check submittal. <br /> Commissioner Stockton had encouraged wireless telecommunications <br /> project exhibits to include a significant level of detail of the camouflaged <br /> treatments to the wireless tower. <br /> PLANNING CASE P13-0114 — 4889 Tyler Street, Continued to July 3, <br /> 2014 <br /> Proposal by Verizon Wireless on behalf of Riverside Mandarin Baptist <br /> Planning Commission Minutes—May 22,2014 Page 1 of 5 <br />
