The Pledge of Allegiance was given to the flag. PLANNING/ZONING MATTERS FROM THE AUDIENCE There were no oral comments at this time. PUBLIC HEARINGS PLANNING CASE P14-0132 — 4665 Vine Street, Continued to June 5, 2014 Chair Riggle announced that the applicant was requesting a continuance. Motion X There was no one in the audience to speak to the continuance. The Second X Planning Commission continued Planning Case P14-0132 to the meeting All Ayes X X X X X X X of June 5, 2014 as requested by the applicant. PLANNING CASE P13-0589— 500 Palmyrita Avenue Proposal by James Rogers of Smartlink, LLC on behalf of the T.M. Cobb Company, to consider a Conditional Use Permit to construct a 60-foot high wireless telecommunications facility camouflaged as a palm tree, on an approximately 9.20 acre site developed with a warehouse building located at 500 Palmyrita Avenue. There were no comments from the audience. James Rogers, applicant's representative, stated they were in Motion X agreement with staff's recommended conditions. Following discussion the Second X Planning Commission recommended that the City Council: 1) Determine All Ayes X X X X X X X that Planning Case P13-0589 will not have a significant effect on the environment based on the findings set forth in the case record and recommend adoption of a Negative Declaration; 2) Approve Planning Case P13-0589 based on the findings in the staff report and subject to the recommended conditions of approval with the added condition that the applicant provide a photo that depicts the finished monopalm wireless telecommunications structure as an exhibit of the plan check submittal. Commissioner Stockton had encouraged wireless telecommunications project exhibits to include a significant level of detail of the camouflaged treatments to the wireless tower.
