He stated this project was <br /> inappropriate for the site proposed adjacent to Hunter Park. He stated <br /> that a project of this size should require an EIR otherwise it was inviting <br /> legal challenge. <br /> Chair Riggle recused himself from the following items 1, 2 and 3 due to <br /> financial conflict of interest and left the dais. Chair Pro Tern Tavaglione <br /> presided. <br /> PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> PLANNING CASES P13-0207, P13-0208, P13-0209, P13-0210 and P13- <br /> 0211 — CONTINUED <br /> Chair Tavaglione announced that this item was being taken out of order <br /> as the applicant has requested continuance to the meeting of April 17, Motion X <br /> 2014. Following a brief discussion the Planning Commission continued Second X <br /> Planning Cases P13-0207, P13-0208, P13-0209, P13-0210 and P13- All Ayes X X X X X <br /> 0211 to the meeting of April 17, 2014. <br /> PLANNING CASES P13-0324, P13-0325, P13-0326 and P13-0327 — <br /> CONTINUED <br /> Chair Pro Tern Tavaglione announced that the applicant has requested Motion X <br /> continuance to the meeting of April 17, 2014. Following a brief discussion Second X <br /> the Planning Commission continued Planning Cases P13-0324, P13- All Ayes X X X X X <br /> 0325, P13-0326 and P13-0327 to the meeting of April 17, 2014. <br /> PLANNING CASES P12-0799 and P12-0800 — Tentative Tract Map <br /> 36516 — Westerly side of Palm Avenue between Beechwood and <br /> Highland Places <br /> Proposal by Steve Berzansky of Steven Walker Communities to consider <br /> a Tentative Tract Map 36516 to subdivide a 1.26 acre parcel into 7 single <br /> family residential lots; and the Design Review of a plot plan and building <br /> elevations for the proposed single family residences with detached <br /> garages.
