(CONSENT CALENDAR i :The following items were approved by one motion affirming the ! actions appropriate to those items listed on the Consent Calen-i idar and as submitted to the City Council,for consideration, :with the exception of the items regarding Zoning Cases C-9-712 I :and V-15-712, Case DR -22-712, the requested fund transfer for !adjustment of intersections on Andrew Street, and the proposed ! :agreement with the League of Women Voters for rental of River- I :side Municipal Airport Terminal space. 1 : :CITY PLANNING COMMISSION : : 1 IRONING CASE C-39-578 - 4840 dURUPA - HEIGHT VARIANCE AND RE- : :VISED PLOT PLAN : :A communication was presented from the City Planning Commission! :advising the City Council that, on September 23, 1971, the Com-! :mission, by a vote of 9 ayes to 0 noes, approved the request of! :Riverside Adventist Church, Zoning Case C-39-578, for a height : Variance for the sanctuary to permit its construction to a :height of 53 feet provided the tower of the sanctuary is situ- 1 :Ated 100 feet from 7urupa Avenue and 100 feet from the westerly: :property line; and, further, approved a revised plot plan for :site development on property situated at 4840 Sumps Avenue; 1 :*hereupon, it was the determination that this matter not be : reviewed by the City Council. : BOARD OF ZONING ADJUSTMENT i ZONING CASE V-17-712 - 3621 WILBUR - SETBACK AND LOT COVERAGE i !VARIANCES DENIED : �A communication was presented from the Board of Zoning Adjust - (dent advising the City Council that, on September 20, 19712 the, :Board, by a vote of 3 ayes to 1 no, denied the request of Mr, :William G.
