Following a lengthy discussion, further consideration of: :the problem was continued until later this date. I . W. Boynton requesting :a second one-year time extension in which to satisfy the condi—I :tions of approval of Zoning Case R-33-689, for property located: Int 6818-28 Indiana Avenue; wherein the petition for a zone I :change was granted by the City Council on October 7, 1969, sub-! : ject to conditions and the one-year time limit in which to com-! !ply, and a one-year time extension was granted by the City (Council to October 7, 1971; whereupon, a time extension of one I :year from the expiration date was granted, which will extend its :to October 7, 1972.
