Following discussion, it was moved by Chair Barnhart and seconded by Member Riggle <br />finding that Mr. Scott-Coe did not violate the Code of Ethics and Conduct. The motion <br />and second were withdrawn. <br />Following further discussion, it was moved by Member Riggle and seconded by Member <br />Jackson that the evidence does not support a finding that Mr. Scott-Coe violated the <br />Code of Ethics and Conduct.
