2. Human Resources Director Updates — Rhonda Strout, Human Resources Director <br />• HR Director deferred updates to Deputy Director Jeremy Hammond. <br />• Deputy Human Resources Director Jeremy Hammond announced the resignation of Board Member <br />Jamie Wrage. <br />• Mr. Hammond informed the Board of the substantial number of personnel requisitions that the Human <br />Resources Department received in the month of November. Mr. Hammond indicated that the Human <br />Resources Department currently has four (4) full time recruiters and is in the process of bringing on a <br />few temporary agency employees to help out with recruitment. <br />• Deputy Human Resources Director Jeremy Hammond indicated that the Human Resources <br />Department is currently recruiting for an Employee Relations Officer. <br />• Deputy Director Hammond indicated that the IBEW contract has been extended until the end of <br />December and negotiations are still underway. <br />• Mr. Hammond informed the Board that the Human Resources Department may relocate to the fifth floor <br />by mid -year 2014. <br />• Deputy Human Resources Director Jeremy Hammond announced that the Human Resources <br />Department will be hosting a departmental Employee Service Awards event and the invitation will be <br />extended to the Board once a date has been selected. <br />3.
