Motion <br /> carried unanimously. <br /> Following further discussion, a motion was made by Member Nelson and seconded by <br /> Member Wade that the Adjudicating Body collaborate to make a presentation to the City <br /> Council regarding proper training of board and commission chairs and the need for <br /> transparent rules and regulations relating to hearing procedures, written in language that <br /> any average citizen can feel confident in the process and how to present evidence so they <br /> will feel they have been heard.
