The proposed amendment also eliminated a <br /> provision of the specific plan that limited the size of all building mounted dealer logos to <br /> 10 percent of the maximum permitted square-footage for all building mounted identification <br /> signs. <br /> As the Auto Center is located across and southerly of State Route 91 from an existing <br /> residential neighborhood, the Planning Commission added a condition of approval advising the <br /> Riverside Auto Center to work with City staff to modify the configuration of the <br /> messages/advertisements in the evening hours in order to minimize light pollution.
