City of Riverside, <br /> Riverside Superior Court Case No. RIC 10006778; and (2) §54956.9(b)(1) to <br /> confer with and/or receive advice from legal counsel concerning one case of <br /> anticipated litigation. <br /> The closed sessions pursuant to (1) §54956.9(c) to confer with and/or receive <br /> advice from legal counsel concerning one case of anticipated litigation; <br /> (2) §54956.9(b)(1) to confer with and/or receive advice from legal counsel <br /> concerning one case of anticipated litigation; (3) §54956.8 to instruct City's <br /> Negotiator, Scott C.
