City Hall Domestic Water Pumping System <br />October 25, 2011 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />This project is partially funded by a federal grant under the American Recovery and Reinvestment <br />Act program —Energy Efficiency Community Block Grants. Due to the pressing need to complete <br />this project, energy efficiencies gained and the current availability of federal grant funding, staff is <br />recommending award of this bid to Atlas Allied, Inc. in the amount of $128,400. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />The total project cost is $128,400.
