The lowest <br />responsive bid of $4,991,000 was submitted by G.S.E. Construction Company Inc., and is 10% <br />under the Engineer's estimate. <br />The Purchasing Services Manager concurs with the recommendation above. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />The total project cost is estimated at $8,000,000, which includes construction, contingency, <br />engineering and inspection costs.
