If you wish to challenge the proposed sale in <br />court, you may be precluded from doing so unless you <br />object to the approval of the proposed sale by objecting <br />orally at the public hearing or by delivering written ob- <br />edions to the City Clerk/Authority Secretary at, or prior <br />ache public hearing. Further, in any court challenge to <br />the sale, you may be limited to raising only those issues <br />you or someone else raised at the public hearing de- <br />scribed in this notice, or in written correspondence de- <br />livered to the City Clerk/Authority Secretary, at or prior to <br />the public hearing. <br />Persons unable to attend the hearing may forward a <br />written statement of their grounds of opposition to, or <br />support of, the sale to the City Clerk/Authority Secretary, <br />City Hall, 3900 Main Street, Seventh Floor, Riverside, CA <br />92522, by 3 p.m. on June 28, 2011.
