Pursuant to Public Resources Code sections 5400 -5409, prior to any park land being sold, the City of Riverside is required to hold a public hearing to provide the public with the opportunity to be heard as to whether the Red- wood Property should be sold. Pursuant to the California Housing Authorities Law Section 34312.3(b), prior to selling any Housing Author - p blicc hearing t provide Authority with the pportu to be heard as to whether the Fairmount Properties should be sold. At the public hearing on June 28, 2011, all interested parties, including anyone having any objection to the proposed sale, may appear and be heard and moy show cause why the sale of these properties should not be approved. If you wish to challenge the proposed sale in court, you may be precluded from doing so unless you object to the approval of the proposed sale by objecting orally at the public hearing or by delivering written ob- edions to the City Clerk/Authority Secretary at, or prior ache public hearing. Further, in any court challenge to the sale, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing de- scribed in this notice, or in written correspondence de- livered to the City Clerk/Authority Secretary, at or prior to the public hearing.
