P07 -13',c7 and P07- 013 1 ,c',c • Pa,e 2 <br />On May 26, 2011, the LAFCO for Riverside County approved the reorganization request to <br />annex the subject 4.96 acre area into the City of Riverside and to detach the subject area from <br />the Riverside County Waste Resources Management District under Resolution No. 10 -11. The <br />City has now completed all requisite tasks to satisfy LAFCO's post - approval requirements and a <br />Certificate of Completion was recorded on July 1, 2011. The effective date of Annexation 115 <br />was July 1, 2011. <br />This City Council action would constitute the final approval for Annexation 115 and would <br />formally add the annexed area to the Sixth Ward. <br />FISCAL IMPACT: <br />Upon the effective date of annexation, the City of Riverside will begin providing municipal <br />services to this annexation area.
