Adoption ol'Relocaton Plan — Tyler Sheet Tidenzng Project 'Page 2 <br />Based on the Plan, there are a number of suitable residential and commercial sites within a 10 -mile <br />radius of the Project site, with additional sites in surrounding areas of the City and Riverside County. <br />The displacees should be able to relocate in a timely manner to a place of their choice. <br />The relocation program to be undertaken conforms to the standards and provisions of the State of <br />California Relocation Law, Government Codes, and Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real <br />Property Acquisition Policies Act. <br />The Plan was made available to the displacees and the property owners on June 15, 2011 and <br />copies were placed at City Hall, the Downtown and Arlanza Libraries for a period of 30 days for <br />public input. <br />The Public Works Department concurs with the recommendation to adopt the Plan. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />There is no fiscal impact to the General Fund. Federal and State laws require the City to provide <br />relocation assistance for displacees. Although the Plan does not have a direct fiscal impact, the <br />implementation of the Plan may result in fiscal obligations for the City in the estimated amount of <br />$1,040,000, for which sufficient funds are available in the Project Account No. 9594830 - 440302. <br />Submitted by: Emilio Ramirez, Development Director <br />Certified as to <br />availability of funds: Paul C.
