Mayor Loveridge to call on David Eshleman, member of the League of California Cities Board of Directors, to present <br /> their 1998 Helen Putnam Award for Excellence in the Public Works and Transportation Category to the City's Traffic <br /> Engineer, Fran Dunajski, and staff for development and implementation of the Neighborhood Traffic Management <br /> Program. This program provides for the installation of traffic calming measures in residential neighborhoods. <br /> <br />CONSENT CALENDAR--All matters listed under the CONSENT CALENDAR are considered routine by the City Staff <br />and may be enacted by the City Council by one motion in the form listed below. There will be no separate discussion of these <br />items unless, before the City Council votes on the motion to adopt, Members of the City Council, staff or the public request <br />specific items be removed front the Consent Calendar for separate action. <br /> <br />Removed consent items will be discussed immediately after adoption of the balance of the Consent Calendar portion of the <br />Agenda. <br /> <br /> <br />
