<br />It was moved by Councilman Brand, seconded by Councilman Carter, that, pursuant to the
<br />recommendation of the City Building Inspector, as contained in his communication of January 6, 1947,
<br />this day received and filed, a refund to Edward A. Chumside, Box 349, Route 3, Hemet, California, in
<br />the sum of $10.00, on Building Permit No. 5413, amounting to $6.00, issued under date of December 2,

<br />1946, for the construction of a dwelling at 3812 Witt Avenue, and on Plumbing Permit No. 3890,
<br />amount- ing to $4.00, issued under date of December 2, 1946, for the installation of plumbing fixtures and
<br />i
<br />facilities in a proposed dwelling at 3812 Witt Avenue, be, and the same is hereby, approved and
<br />authorized, for the reason that the property involved was sold prior to construction.

<br />this day received and filed, a refund to Pedro Chogolla, 4473 Forest Avenue, in the sum of $9.00, on
<br />Building Permit 110. 5435, issued under date of December 4, 1946, for the construction of a dwelling at
<br />4493 Forest Avenue, be, and the same is hereby, approved and authorized, for the reason that the
<br />required materials are not available.

<br />under date of December 2, 1946, for the installation of plumbing fixtures and facilities in a dwelling
<br />for E. B. Cordell at 4225 Madrona Road, be, and the same is hereby, approved and authorized, for the
<br />reason that the said nermit is a duplicate.
