Third_lme dment 'Page 2 <br />report identify the balances outstanding for Administrative Citations, Administrative Civil Penalties, <br />Abatement of Dangerous Buildings, Rubbish Abatements, and Weed and Brush Nuisance <br />Abatements. Properties identified in the exhibits are subject to revision, as owners may make <br />payments up until the time of City Council action on this matter. The unpaid balances for fiscal year <br />2008-09 need to be filed by August 10, 2009, with the Riverside County Auditor, to appear on the <br />2009-10 property tax statements. <br />FISCAL IMPACT: <br />The City would recover approximately $2,936,161.37 in unpaid balances, thereby reimbursing the <br />General Fund for costs associated with Code Enforcement Division activity.
