Master Agreements - Page <br />2 <br />The selected consulting firms will be utilized for environmental, civil design, traffic, construction <br />management, and landscape architectural services. Projects may include biological and <br />archeological surveys, noise studies and preparation of California Environmental Quality Act <br />(CEQA) and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) environmental documents, along with <br />roadway, structural and traffic design services, construction management services and landscape <br />architectural services. Vali Cooper & Associates, Riverside <br />Attached is a sample Master Agreement which is typical of all master agreements used for the <br />Environmental, Civil Engineering, Traffic Engineering, Construction Management and Landscape <br />architecture panels. All Master Agreements have been approved as to form by the City Attorney <br />and have been executed by the respective firms. The term of the Master Agreements will be <br />through December 2011. For the life of the Agreements, a cap of $750,000 has been set for all <br />Master Agreements. <br />
