/ <br /> <br />CITY OF RIVERSIDE PLANNING DEPARTMENT <br /> <br />Notice of Proposed Negative Declaration <br /> <br /> CITY OF <br />I~IVER, SIDE <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Riverside Planning Department has preliminarily determined that <br />the proposed project described below will not have a significant effect on the environment and intends to adopt a <br />Negative Declaration on or after December 16, 2002. <br /> <br />INITIAL STUDY CASE E?-018-023: Request by Dawson Surveying, on behalf of Daniel Kido, for an <br />environmental review of a single family residential grading plan to legalize additional grading on approximately <br />1.19 vacant acres developed with at 6176 Canyon Estates Court, situated on the northerly terminus of Canyon <br />Estates Court, north of Ransom Road, in the RC - Residential Conservation Zone. Related deviations to the Grading <br />Ordinance may be considered. Contact Planner: Joel Belding (909) 826-5932. <br /> <br />Copies of the draft Negative Declaration, including the initial study and all supporting documentation, are available <br />for review after 4:00 p.m. on the date of publication of this notice at the Planning Department, 3rd Floor, City Hall, <br />3900 Main Street, Riverside. Any comments must be submitted in writing to the Planning Department no later than <br />December 6, 2002. <br /> <br />The Zoning Administrator's determination becomes final unless appealed to the City Council no later than <br />December 30, 2002.
