Community Trust: This update on the California Citrus State Historic Park improvements is <br />being provided at a public meeting of the Cultural Heritage Board and the public is able <br />to provide comments. <br />2. Equity: California Citrus State Historic Park improvements are open to all residents. <br />3. Fiscal Responsibility: California Citrus State Historic Park improvements are under the <br />purview of the California Department of Parks and Recreation and the Friends of <br />California Citrus Park. No City General Funds are being provided to support the project. <br />4. Innovation: California Citrus State Historic Park improvements will make use of new <br />technology for meeting the park's mission of storytelling and park interpretation. <br />5.
