Unanimous. <br />PRESENTATION: THE FUTURE OF VICTORIA AVENUE, CITY LANDMARK #8 „IN <br />THE DEVELOPING NEW CITY GENERAL PLAN <br />Phil Kilgour, of the City Planning Department, explained that <br />the development of a new general plan is projected as a two -year <br />project, with a year -and -a -half already past. Draft text and maps <br />for the new plan are being drafted now. The existing circulation <br />element is also being re- evaluated at this time, Mr. Kilgour said. <br />
