MINUTES CITY OF RIVERSIDE DESIGN REVIEW BOARD 763 Meeting 3:15 p.m. WEDNESDAY, December 12, 2001 COUNCIL CHAMBER, CITY HALL APPROVED AT DRB MEETING ON JANUARY 9, 2002 3900 MAIN STREET MEMBERS PRESENT: Carrasco, Davis, Hughes, Sutter, Waldo MEMBERS ABSENT: Siddiqui, Walcott, Williams, Younes STAFF PRESENT: Steve Hayes, Senior Planner Diane Jenkins, Senior Planner Patricia Burbano - Brenes, Associate Planner THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS WAS CONDUCTED: Chairperson Waldo called the meeting to order at 3:15 p.m. Chairperson Waldo welcomed the audience to the meeting and explained the composition and function of the agenda and staff reports. She stated that the "conditions" portion of the staff report constitutes a binding agreement between the City and the applicant and is the only portion of the report that needs to be addressed. She further stated that conditions that restate code requirements or requirements of other departments cannot be changed by the Design Review Board. Chairperson Waldo then read the agenda items and invited the project representatives present to indicate whether they wished to have their items moved from one calendar to another.
