AGENDA CITY OF RIVERSIDE DESIGN REVIEW BOARD 763rd Meeting 3:15 p.m. WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 12, 2001 COUNCIL CHAMBER, CITY HALL 3900 MAIN STREET BOARD MEMBERS: Carrasco, Davis, Hughes, Siddiqui, Sutter, Walcott, Waldo, Williams, Younes PLEASE NOTE: The Design Review Board will normally not act on an item unless the applicant or a representative is present to answer questions. Even if your item is on the Consent Calendar and you are agreeable to the recommendations, it is advisable to be present in the event that your item is moved to the Discussion Calendar. State law restricts the Design Review Board from taking action on an item unless it has been included on an agenda and posted 72 hours in advance of a meeting or unless the matter falls within one of the narrow exceptions. Consequently, any item not listed on this agenda will normally have to be delayed until the item can be made part of a posted agenda.
